Sunshine ABA SMS Terms and Conditions

By providing your mobile phone number, filling out an online form, signing a paper or digital intake form, or otherwise requesting information from Sunshine ABA, you consent to receive SMS messages regarding our services, openings, and appointments.

You represent that you are the authorized account holder or have permission from the account holder to receive SMS communications on the number you provided.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sunshine ABA and its affiliates are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the SMS messaging program.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Any updates will be posted on our website with an updated “Effective Date.” Continued participation in our SMS program constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
