Initial Contact
We receive your initial inquiry and get back to you within 24 hours.

Login to your Sunshine ABA portal
You receive access to your Sunshine ABA portal where you'll receive instructions on what documents you need to upload for us to request an initial assessment from your insurance provider.

We request an initial assessment
We receive your documents, and send them off to your insurance provider. It may take up to two weeks for us to receive authorization to begin an assessment.

We complete initial assessment with your child
It typically takes us about a week to complete the initial assessment once we receive the authorization form your insurance company.

We request treatment
We request ABA therapy hours from your insurance provider on the initial assessment. It may take up to 2 months to receive authorization of ABA therapy hours from your insurance provider.

We find the best RBT and BCBA match for your child's needs
After we receive authorization for approved ABA therapy hours, we find the best match of RBT and BCBA for your child. This process may take us up to 2 months.
