We are helping build a brighter future for Central Florida's children within private and public schools. Meet our BCBA's and Executive Team
Airel Lufkin, M.S., BCBA
Chief Executive Officer
Airel is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, born and raised in Orlando. She has been working with families living with Autism and related disabilities for over five years and loves learning about each and every kiddo and their families . During her off time you can find her paddle boarding, at a coffee shop or hiking a new trail.
Wendy Leopold
HR Admin
Wendy started out as a Certified Nurse Assistant and then quickly went behind the scenes to assist in running small mental health and behavioral health practices. She then turned her love of running these practices into her own behavioral health management company, MedPro Management. She has extensive experience billing Medicaid throughout State Programs, as well as all Private Insurance entities. Her 20 plus years in administration and human resources allows her to support any team. Her focus has been within the ABA community where she develops professional relationships with not only the staff, but supports the parents and children receive ABA services in anyway she can.
Justin Jones, Esq., MBA, EA
Outside General Counsel
Justin is a tax and corporate attorney and serves as Outside General Counsel for companies in various industries. He is also an IRS Enrolled Agent, allowing him to represent taxpayers before the IRS. Justin has over 15 years of experience assisting clients with a wide variety of tax, corporate and nonprofit matters.
Frank Kamen, M.S., BCBA
Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Frank is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who is dedicated to supporting clients and families with proven effective therapeutic techniques. He has experience working with clients in a variety of age groups from toddlers to adults in the home, clinic, school, and Telehealth settings. Frank takes pride in ensuring his clients make significant progress in their essential skills, as well as learning to approach challenges in a way that is uniquely suited to them as individuals or as complex family units. Frank prioritizes created a tailored plan for each person, and on establishing a strong clinical relationship based on respect and trust. He is looking forward to discovering how he can best assist each family in reaching their goals!
Kahlil Seymour, M.Ed., BCBA
Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Kahlil is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, born and raised in Florida. He has been working with children and families living with Autism and related disabilities for over seven years and loves helping each person discover and achieve their unrealized potential. Kahlil has worked with a variety of children from toddlers through high schoolers and an extensive array of maladaptive behaviors seen in-home, in center and in school settings. Kahlil is a jack of all trades whose hobbies range from painting, cooking and video games to motorcycling and rock climbing.
Josh Levine, Ph.D., BCBA, LBA
Founder & Senior Advisor
Josh is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who has over 20 years of experience supporting children, families, and communities living with autism. He began working in ABA therapy right here in Central Florida in 1999. He is an avid Phish fan, coffee nerd and independent wood turner.
Jason Julia, M.A., M.S., BCBA, LBA
Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Jason graduated from Boston University in 2015 with a double major in biology and psychology and a minor in deaf studies. He began working full-time in ABA in 2015 while simultaneously going to school full-time at Pepperdine University for his master's in psychology. In 2017, he began his second master's in Applied Behavior Analysis with National University and became a BCBA in August 2020. In 2021, he moved to Hawaii and became a Clinical Director which led into a position as Vice President of ABA Operations. Jason now works as a Chief Operations Officer and as an independent contractor for multiple ABA companies across the United States. Throughout his career in ABA, Jason developed an online Telehealth model to overcome the difficulties during the Covid-19 pandemic. He has worked with an extensive amount of maladaptive behaviors and clients of all ages. He has worked in homes, clinics, community settings, public, private and charter schools. Jason enjoys working in ABA to celebrate the small wins with his clients and families!
Selma Vincent
Social Media Director
Selma is following a Masters degree in Public Policy after having obtained a Political Sciences Bachelors from the French university of Sciences Po in Paris. She has combined her love of politics and social media to amplify the missions she holds dear for the past six years; including climate and animal rights activism, campaigning for justice and peace, and now, advocating for more wholistic mental health care.
